Coming soonThis lesson is not recorded yet. Ty films it next. It will appear here, with its video and the written walkthrough, the day it goes live.
What this lesson will cover
  • Why objections are good news: an objection is engagement; ghosting is what happens when an objection goes UNCOVERED, and it is rooted in fear most of the time .
  • The four diagnosis buckets behind every dark lead: Price, Time, Third Party, Trust. Diagnose before re-engaging .
  • The 4 frameworks :
  • Acknowledge and Redirect: justify briefly, then pivot back with a question (best early, on "how did you get my information").
  • Name the No: label the stall ("when someone says they want to think about it, it's really just a polite way of saying no") to force the real objection into the open.
  • Box the Objection: isolate it into me / the process / the price / other options.
  • The Best-Price Ask: "is there a price that, if I can get approved for you, you would award us the opportunity and not go with any other companies?"
  • The top 10 objections with verbatim responses : "you'll just drop the price after inspection" (explain the renegotiation policy transparently), "I'm taking other offers" (how many, by when), "let me t
  • How to drill it: one kick 10,000 times; master the verbatim lines, then internalize so they sound human .
  • 4 frameworks, top 10 verbatim objections in the bank .
  • Closer follow-up cadence after an offer stall: about 5 days, then push the lead back to lead management .
  • The objection bank document scrolled live, grouped by theme.
  • Role-play: the instructor runs "let me think about it" through Name the No and Box the Objection on camera.
  • A real transcript excerpt where an uncovered objection led to a ghost, then the fixed version.
