PART 1
Why you should believe any of this.
Two companies started in 2019, both on the same problem from opposite ends. One built the data. One built the process. Here is how they got here.
The documented count.
Judge the system by documented outcomes, not by the pitch.
Why should you listen to me, or believe anything inside the course, the community, or that the platform works. This is the reason.
There are about 305 unique success stories that are completely documented. Some on video, some in the Facebook community. Some brought to us one on one, some mentioned on group calls.
We have about 305 unique success stories that are completely documented.
Where DataSift came from.
Know who built the thing you are learning from.
My name is Ty, one of the founders. Rami and Tyler are also founders. All three of us operate independent real estate companies.
In 2019 Rami and I created DataFlik, a data company focused explicitly on high-quality data. It is now the flagship product behind our machine learning models, and behind the AI workflows in the platform today.
The other half.
Notice the second half is process, not data.
Also in 2019, a company called REISift was founded by Tyler Austin. That one was about taking really high-quality data and squeezing the most out of it, through good marketing and good sales process.
Two companies, one lesson. Data on its own does not close anything, and process on its own has nothing good to work.

PART 2
The merger, and the numbers.
In 2025 the two companies became one. These are the operating numbers behind everything the curriculum teaches. Every one of them is on the live case study page, where you can check it.
2025: the merger.
Check the operator's numbers before you take the operator's advice.
When we all merged into DataSift we took the best of both. Here is what really good data looks like, and here is what really good systems look like. Plus the practices from being in the sector ourselves for about 10 years.
All of that goes into the product itself. Across both real estate businesses we spend about $15,000 a month in combined marketing. We do about $2 to $3 million a year in revenue, and we are scaling that up aggressively.
It used to be more of a lifestyle business while we scaled DataFlik and REISift. Now we focus a lot more on the real estate side. That is the next unlock for the community and for the product.
On the platform there are over 1,000 daily users and over 5,000 people in the community, growing by tens of people every day.
We do about $2 to $3 million a year in revenue and we're actually scaling that up pretty aggressively.
The Inc. 5000 listing.
Read the listing as a growth rate, not a trophy.
This year we became one of the fastest-growing private companies in the country, and in REI, by making the Inc. 5000 list.
It matters here for one reason. Everything you see of the platform comes out of our own experience. Every metric, every system taught across the course, the modules and the live events.

PART 3
How to use the case studies.
The library is not a highlight reel. Each one is a sit-down with the operator about what is working and what is not. That is what makes it usable.
How to actually use them.
Open the one that matches your phase, then read the strategy.
Click any of them and you get the team, plus a full breakdown of their entire strategy. That comes from the video case studies and the one-on-one calls behind them.
There are about 40 on the page and we add a handful every month. We sit down with these founders and go through everything. What is working, what is not, and what we can improve.
The question worth reading for is the last one. What is it that they are doing right now that is working for them.
First deal to scaled up.
Find the operator one step ahead of you, not ten.
The range runs from people getting their first deal down to people who have scaled up big. Plus a lot of screenshots from the community, and outright wins.
We have literally had people send pizza to sellers to get them to respond to marketing. Everything you could imagine is in the document and in the community.
Real people doing real things.
Use it as evidence when it is going badly, not as motivation.
I am not big on the raw motivational stuff. This is the closest thing to it that I actually like, because you see real people doing real things.
All business is hard. It helps to see what other people are doing when things are tough. This is the best way to do that.
see real people doing real things and just like show that it actually works
